When you make your ticket purchase, your ticket is immediately emailed to you, and it includes your ticket number on the ticket right then. No waiting for your ticket to arrive in another email or get lost in your spam folder. You can even log back into the BashTix site and download your ticket directly from the site in case you lose your original ticket.

Tickets can only be purchased online at liberawv.bashtix.com. Once tickets are purchased online, ticket buyers will receive an email from BashTix.com, which will contain confirmation of the purchase, as well as another email with your official ticket and number for the event.
Visit liberawv.bashtix.com and visit the My Account Page. Then, login with the credentials you created upon purchasing your previous ticket. Once logged in, you can access and download your official event ticket.
At this time, we are only able to sell raffle tickets to residents of states that do not prohibit charitable raffles and those states whose charitable raffle laws are consistent with those followed by BashTix.
We are currently unable to sell raffle tickets to residents of states including, but not limited to Alabama, Hawaii, Utah and Wisconsin. In the event a raffle ticket sale is made to a resident of a prohibited state, whether or not listed above, the purchase price of the raffle ticket will be fully refunded to the purchaser, or if the purchaser so elects, may be made instead as a donation to the BashTix Partner Charity. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Due to individual states’ raffle laws we are unable to allow online credit card sales of tickets to residents of states including, but not limited to Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and North Dakota. However, you may contact BashTix at (833)422-7484 during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) to make purchase(s) over the phone with a credit card. You can also purchase from ticket outlets and via mail in registration. Telephone Orders will stop 30 Days prior to the event date due to eliminate fraud issues in the past.
All unsold tickets become property of the Charity Partner.
The event will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Freedom Kia of Morgantown at 1PM. Arrive early to enjoy snacks and beverages
You will need to bring two forms of ID to claim your prize at the designated prize table:
- Picture ID (driver’s license or passport)
- ID containing your social security number (SS card, W2 form, or tax return sheet)
The winning ticket number will be published at LiberaWV.BashTix.com immediately after the winning number is pulled. We will also stream the drawing live on our FaceBook page
The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email IMMEDIATELY AFTER the drawing is held. The winning ticket number will be placed on this website the day the event is help. Upon providing a self-addressed, stamped envelope, a ticket holder will be mailed a list of winning ticket numbers AFTER the event.
All tickets will be printed on 2 inch by 2 inch cardstock with First Name, Last Name, Order Number, and Ticket Number.
All tickets will be placed in a clear tumbler and spun multiple times prior to the drawing. One winning ticket will be pulled from the tumbler and announced live on social media
Freedom Kia has plenty of parking available for those who would like to attend the drawing live.
